This form informs the Buyer before the agreement is concluded, as the Distance Contracts Regulation requires.

2. Main features of the product

  • Product: (shown in the order summary)
  • An electronically signed license key that lifts the free edition's limits in the Spitfire load testing software (concurrent virtual users, requests per second, run length, runners and locations per run, number of users) for the plan's term.
  • Functionality and compatibility: the software runs on the Buyer's own servers (Docker, Kubernetes or Windows; amd64 and arm64). The key is verified offline; no internet connection or access to the Seller is needed. The software can be tried with the free edition before buying.
  • Payment is one-time; the license does not renew.

3. Price

There are no shipping or other extra charges.

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card on PayTR's secure payment page; card details do not reach the Seller. The invoice is sent electronically.

5. Delivery

The license key is e-mailed to the Buyer within the same business day after the payment is confirmed (orders on weekends and public holidays: the next business day).

6. Right of withdrawal

The product is intangible content delivered electronically; delivery is complete when the e-mail with the license key is sent, and under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for a delivered license. If withdrawal from the order is sent to [email protected] before the license key is sent, the full payment is refunded within 14 days.

7. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to [email protected] or +90 530 320 06 47. Consumers can apply to a consumer arbitration committee within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and above them first to a mediator (mandatory under Article 73/A of Law No. 6502), then to a consumer court.
