Refunds and Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

A Spitfire Pro license is intangible content delivered electronically; delivery is complete when the e-mail with the license key is sent. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation the right of withdrawal does not apply to a delivered license; this is confirmed separately when ordering.

Changing your mind before delivery

If you write to [email protected] that you withdraw from the order before the license key is sent, the full amount is refunded to the card you paid with within 14 days of your notice.

A key that does not work

If the key does not work, or the product does not match its description, write to [email protected] and you will get a working key. If the problem cannot be fixed, your payment is refunded. Your other rights under Law No. 6502 are reserved.

How refunds are made

Refunds go to the card the payment came from, through PayTR. When the amount shows on your account depends on your bank.

Try before you buy

Every Spitfire feature is available in the free edition; the license only lifts the scale limits. You can try the software in your own environment before buying.
